The imposing Stonefield Castle on the banks of Loch Fyne, west coast Scotland, offers a brand new Scallop Diving and Cooking Course for qualified divers – Monty Hall, eat your heart out!
After a day on the water and multiple dives to pluck your own scallops from the Loch bed, head back to base for a special scallop cooking lesson with Head Chef, Oscar. The fruits of your own labour – it’ll be a seafood feast like no other.
Costing £270 per couple inc 2 nights b&b with one 3-course dinner, a day’s Scallop Diving (for 2 qualified divers), scallop and fish cooking lesson and meal.
